Anyone that has tried to get work done during the pandemic knows how difficult it is to find reliable, honest contractors that will actually return your calls and follow through with their promises. I contacted Greg last summer when rot was discovered in my north wall after removing the brick facia. I needed the framing repaired, the water leak sealed and the wall resided. I also had a sagging garage door and wanted a new header and to replace the 7 foot doors with 8 foot doors. Greg was very honest right from the start, saying that he may not be able to start the project until the following year as they were booked up. He provided a reasonable estimate which we agreed to and several change orders as time passed and we made changes to the projected project. Due to back orders in building materials completely outside of Greg’s control he was not able to start until the following spring. The young men that Greg sent were knowledgeable, hard working, considerate and communicative, making sure my questions were answered and all my wishes met. The sub contractors Greg used were also excellent and provided their services in a friendly, knowledgeable and timely fashion. Site clean-up was performed at the end of each day and the work was completed in a timely manner. Greg was concerned with every minor detail to make sure I was satisfied. The finished project not only met but exceeded my expectations! Suffice it to say that Greg is now my contractor of choice and his number has been permanently added to my phone contacts!
