Greg did a wonderful job on the work I had requested. I did a last minute work order change and he paid chose attention and did exactly what I wanted. Left the work site cleaner than when he arrived.

I had Wensmann Construction replace an old deck three years ago and they exceeded my expectations there as well. Giving me suggestions on how to make the steps saver for me. Will be calling them for any work I need done in the future

Greg has been really good to us, I'd highly recommend. We had him put in new windows last fall and the work was flawless. We now have him remodeling a part of our basement and he has really went above and beyond to help us. I honestly cannot say enough about this crew. TOP NOTCH!!

Anyone that has tried to get work done during the pandemic knows how difficult it is to find reliable, honest contractors that will actually return your calls and follow through with their promises. I contacted Greg last summer when rot was discovered in my north wall after removing the brick facia. I needed the framing repaired, the water leak sealed and the wall resided. I also had a sagging garage door and wanted a new header and to replace the 7 foot doors with 8 foot doors. Greg was very honest right from the start, saying that he may not be able to start the project until the following year as they were booked up. He provided a reasonable estimate which we agreed to and several change orders as time passed and we made changes to the projected project. Due to back orders in building materials completely outside of Greg's control he was not able to start until the following spring. The young men that Greg sent were knowledgeable, hard working, considerate and communicative, making sure my questions were answered and all my wishes met. The sub contractors Greg used were also excellent and provided their services in a friendly, knowledgeable and timely fashion. Site clean-up was performed at the end of each day and the work was completed in a timely manner. Greg was concerned with every minor detail to make sure I was satisfied. The finished project not only met but exceeded my expectations! Suffice it to say that Greg is now my contractor of choice and his number has been permanently added to my phone contacts!

Greg and Karla Wensmann met with us a number of times to go over the scope and details of new siding and windows. Some of the color options became unavailable at manufacturers due to COVID. They helped us through this. They and their employees were very considerate when working inside our home. They always left the job site clean at the end of the day. To my amazement when we got the bill they had met the estimated cost. There were just a couple of change orders that we had signed off on and this did not change the overall cost by much. The final project definitely met our expectations. Their workmanship was outstanding.

We made an excellent choice using Wensmann Contractors for our remodel. It was very extensive. Flooring, countertops, ceilings, closet demo and built ins, fireplace remodel floor to ceiling, tile, painting, door framing, new plumbing, and more. From bid, planning, construction, and completion it was a great professional and fun project. The whole crew is great throughout the process (we have kids and pets and they were wonderful to work within our space and busy life). The bid to final cost was very accurate. Their knowledge was shown as obstacles came up and our options were laid out. They have a wide range of services/skills. And a solid awareness of being cost effective and operating within a budget. The timeline was fair and when we made changes, they accommodated without hesitation. Professional, cost effective, skilled, and great customer service.

Greg and Karla communicated at every step of process and with the project coming in exactly how they quoted. They brought ideas to the design of our deck that our family loves. They were considerate and left job site clean at end of each day. The completed project exceeded our expectations.
